How to add your Prove email signature

Step 1 :

Open Gmail.

Step 2:

In the top right, click the settings cog.

Click the "See all settings" button.

Step 3:

In the "Signature" section, add your signature text in the box. You can pick up the Prove email signature by copying it from Yuka or another colleague’s email signature and then editing it to reflect your own information.

The email signature should look like this:

*Note the Prove logo should animate. By copying a coworkers gmail signature and pasting it within the gmail signature field through the steps above, this animation will be carried over.*

Additional Troubleshooting Steps

If you are not seeing your signature populate, follow the steps below:

Step 1 :

Open Gmail.

Step 2:

In the top right, click the settings cog.

Click the "See all settings" button.

Step 3:

In the "Signature" section, you will see a new option called "Signature Defaults". From the dropdown menu, select your new @prove.com email.

Step 4 :

Under  the "For New Emails Use" & "On Reply/Forward Use" dropdown, select the signature you created for Prove in the beginning of this document.

Make sure all emails listed are using your newly created signature.

Step 5:

At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
