In the F1 use case, the customer enrolls consumer records into Prove Identity Manager℠. Prove Identity Manager℠ verifies the connection between the identities and phone number(s), and when available, enriches the records with the most up-to-date phone numbers for that consumer. Once enrolled, Prove Identity Manager℠ actively manages phone number life cycle events for any changes in ownership or attributes, as long as the identity remains enrolled.

Prove Identity Manager℠ use case F3 provides the ability to monitor contact updates solely on the connection between a client customer ID and phone number relationship. The identity connection between the customer ID and the phone number is verified and maintained by the client.
Clients provide the verification service between the customer ID and phone number(s) while Prove maintains the relationship between the customer ID and phone number(s) enrolled.
Prove provides real time updates and certainty of the phone number to ownership relationship over time for all enrolled customer IDs and phone numbers.
