Prove Verified Users℠ provides customers with a secure and frictionless digital onboarding experience.

By clicking “Sign Up Now” the user gives their consent and agrees to the terms and conditions.

The customer enters their name and phone number. Prove confirms phone possession via an instant link (fortified SMS OTP) to complete mobile verification. Additionally, Prove confirms real time behavior and tenure of the phone’s reputation score to prevent fraud.

This initiates Prove to passively verify the customer’s personal identification token (PIT). Prove resolves the customer identity against authoritative sources and assurance levels and is highly accurate for a streamlined process that strengthens trust and safety for all transacting parties.

F3 - Monitoring Use Case


Prove Identity Manager℠ use case F3 provides the ability to monitor contact updates solely on the connection between a client customer ID and phone number relationship. The identity connection between the customer ID and the phone number is verified and maintained by the client.

Clients provide the verification service between the customer ID and phone number(s) while Prove maintains the relationship between the customer ID and phone number(s) enrolled.

Prove provides real time updates and certainty of the phone number to ownership relationship over time for all enrolled customer IDs and phone numbers.
